Restructuring Proposal for TAURER Russia
We are pleased to present you with a new proposal aimed at improving the operations of our branch and ensuring its stable development.
In light of the current situation in some of TAURER’s projects in Russia, we propose to undergo a complete restructuring of our division.
This proposal includes the following changes:
- Our company is shifting its focus from amateur television to professional broadcasting. This will allow us to expand our projects and reach new heights in the industry.
- The company will no longer cater to the amateur market for any products. Henceforth, all products will undergo strict regulatory control.
Collaboration in the new format entails significant changes in the structure of our staff. Through the integration of advanced artificial intelligence technologies, we can now perform many tasks more efficiently and promptly.
In connection with this, we propose the following recommendations:
- Each project will have an optimal team consisting of 3-5 members, ensuring efficient project management and maximum productivity.
- We set the minimum age for participation in projects at 16 years old to provide young talents with the opportunity to demonstrate themselves early and gain valuable work experience.
- Before joining a project team, each candidate must undergo proficiency and adequacy testing to ensure the high professional level of our team.
These changes will enable us to effectively adapt to new challenges and ensure the successful development of our projects.
