Collaborating with current branch managers. Reviewing reports, assisting in the creation of new projects, motivating and developing project managers.
Optimizing team workflow and processes. Enhancing the work of project managers and their projects upon request.
Evaluating ideas from managers. Assessing and making decisions on the creation of new projects proposed by project managers.
Report compilation. Generating reports on new projects and management activities every 12th day of the month.
Experience in amateur/real television and radio broadcasting for more than 1 year. It would be a plus if you have held managerial positions in real television and radio companies, have been a trusted individual in holding projects, or have been a key figure in popular TV channels.
Team management skills. You can effectively communicate with your team and have a desire to assist and develop them.High level of responsibility. The position of Deputy General Director is crucial in our media holding and requires a high level of accountability.
Deep knowledge of television and radio broadcasting. You are familiar with Taurer Media projects and possess extensive knowledge of TV and radio broadcasting.
Ability to handle confidential communications. You can manage confidential communications and exit conversations within our sphere after the interview.
Proficiency in Russian/English and the language of the selected branch. It is essential that you can communicate in Russian or English, as well as in the language of your chosen regional branch.
